At Mintabella, we want you to absolutely love your clothing! If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns under the conditions below.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us before 4 PM on the same day of purchase. After this time, your order may already be packaged and dispatched, and we won’t be able to cancel it.
Returns
If your item doesn’t fit, you must request a return within 2 days of receiving it.
We accept returns or exchanges as long as:
✔ You contact us within 2 days of delivery if the item doesn’t fit.
✔ The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
✔ The item is returned in its original packaging (including any tissue wrapping).
✔ There are no stains, marks, or signs of wear – we thoroughly check all returns upon arrival.
✔ The item is returned within 14 days of us confirming your return request.
Please note: If an item is returned with any stains or signs of wear, we will not be able to process a refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item is returned in perfect condition.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email returns@mintabella.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.
How to Return
1. Email returns@mintabella.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll confirm your return and provide the return address.
3. Send the item back within 14 days of return confirmation.
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving and inspecting your return.
